Jay Simon specializes in financial planning and investment advice for entrepreneurs, business executives, and retirees, helping individuals and families make thoughtful decisions with clarity and confidence.
In addition to his work with business owners and families planning for retirement, Jay also advises select professional athletes and their families, guiding them in building financial independence that extends well beyond their playing careers. His approach to investing is careful and conservative, shaped by experience and a belief in long‑term stewardship.
Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Allegheny College and a second bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University. He earned the CFP® professional designation in 1996 and has been serving clients for more than three decades.
Born and raised in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Jay holds strong family, community, and spiritual values. In 1992, he established the annual Jay Simon Golf Classic, which benefits the Norma L. Simon ALS Patient Equipment Fund, created in memory of his mother to help provide ALS patients with essential equipment not covered by insurance.
Jay is passionate about connecting people and serving others. He is actively involved in the community and volunteers as a leader of Big C Ministries.
Jay and his wife, Jennifer, live in Bradford Woods. They have three married adult children, Justine, Jonah, and Jayne, and a growing number of grandchildren.
